02. Independent Engineering Practice
Logic42 is an independent sovereign engineering practice. We hold no platform financial partnerships or vendor exclusivity. Technical architectures, clearing integrations, and corridor provisions are implemented strictly under objective performance constraints and regulatory compliance.
03. Intellectual Property & Field Notes
All proprietary algorithms, voice AI model routing wrappers, clearing architectures, reference architectures, and field notes are the exclusive intellectual property of Logic42 Sdn Bhd unless explicitly stated otherwise.
04. Limitation of Liability
While agami.my maintains 99.9% automated transaction fulfillment, settlement latency may occasionally vary due to destination telco maintenance windows, banking clearing cycles (e.g. FPX / DuitNow), or upstream aggregator downtime. All transactions are logged with immutable audit IDs for instant customer support resolution.
05. Governance & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of agami.my or services provided by Logic42 Sdn Bhd shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
